MP Kaluma Drafting Bill to Punish Homosexuality in Kenya with Life Imprisonment

Homabay Town MP George Opondo Kaluma is proposing legislation to criminalize and punish homosexuality in Kenya.

In a letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly dates 22nd February 2023, Kaluma says the proposed law intends to further the provisions of Article 45 (2) of the constitution of Kenya and to protect the family.
