Fred Ekiru Amurio, a 16-yr-old boy from Lokwii Village, Turkana East who scored 403 Marks in KCPE 2021 has been admitted to Kapsabet Boys High school.
Few days ago, Turkana County News Online shared the story of this young bright student from Turkana. It went viral online, attracting a lot of attention and concerns from the members of the public.
A team of dedicated and kind-hearted well-wishers were touched by the story and moved with speed to salvage the situation.

In the last two days, the publication’s team got in touch with the family and facilitated all the necessary requirements: transportation, accommodation, and all that. So far the boy is in school as he embarks on a journey to fulfill his desired dream.
