The Azimio-One Kenya Coalition Party will unveil its manifesto next week on Wednesday, exactly three months to the August 9th elections.
Speaking yesterday at a meeting with Kirinyaga supporters, Azimio flagbearer Raila Odinga disclosed the coalition party’s think tank and policy drafters will make public their manifesto – something they deliberately delayed to stop their opponents from stealing their ideas.
”Our think-tank is finishing the manifesto. It will be published next week. We didn’t want to release it early since we knew our rivals will want to copy us,” Mr. Odinga said, adding the document will give detailed explanations of how the Azimio government intends to deliver in agriculture, industrialization, health, energy, water sectors, and general economics.
