The manipulated presidential election results are to award Azimio-One Kenya flagbearer Raila Odinga 34.8 percent of the total votes cast, by multiplying the voter turnout in select counties perceived as William Ruto’s strongholds, to give the UDA candidate a 58.6 percent lead.
