Raila and Martha Karua joint rally in Narok points to the path ahead.

The road to State House on August 9, 2022 seems to be getting clearer by the day and Kenyans can see who is heading there and they like it.

After just one week since the Raila Odinga and Martha Karua came together as running mates for the election the entire political landscape in the country has been turned on its head.

Karua took five days to hold more than forty rallies in the Mt. Kenya region ending in Limuru town in Kiambu yesterday and the entire UDA team just didn’t know what to do. They tried to chase her around and gave up when she hit Kiambu and brought out crowds hardly seen before in that area.

The rest of the Azimio team strategically held low profile to give Karua the opportunity to take that limelight to introduce herself to Kenyans as their next Deputy President and hopefully future president. Martha did not need anybody to drag her along to meet Kenyans.

Karua has worked tirelessly with Sabina Chege another rising powerhouse in Azimio and the entire Jubilee and Narc Kenya aspirants and operatives to mobilize amazing rallies where they talked about what they will strive to achieve to make Kenya a better country for all and not just for specific communities and tribes.

Today the whole team came together for a joint rally in Narok which was breathtaking. The scary part if you are UDA is that this is just the beginning.

Two months after this mass mobilization and then start working for Kenyans from State House and not distributing nonexisting jobs and gifts from nowhere.

It is likely that in the next one week or so the Azimio leaders from all communities will have joint campaign rallies with Raila and Martha Karua all across the country.

They now need to stretch into regions like the Coast in Mombasa county, Kilifi, Taita Taveta, and all the urban and rural areas of that region and listen to their concerns and hopes from the next government.

Azimio team also needs to get to the Ukambani region where they had great campaigns in February but have not been active there because of some internal dynamics that are now behind them.

The Western region is waiting and they already have a magnificent team there ready for action. The whole team needs to get there. Kisii region has very promising leaders and Azimio has been there with very good connections to the community.

We have North Eastern counties to be brought fully into the wide picture of things. And all the neighborhoods need to see critical attention to their needs by the entire Azimio leadership.

As of June 1, 2022, after the Madaraka Day celebrations, Azimio has to camp in the entire Nairobi county maybe for three or so days, and then take the campaign back to the Mt. Kenyan region.

The point is that Azimio has to consolidate its campaign strategies and provide Kenyans with that national outlook and agenda for the whole country.

Always remember the campaign by anybody on top of the ticket is to be the president of the Republic of Kenya and not the president of one community or a cluster of communities.

If Azimio can get that message clear and convincing to Kenyans they are going to win on August 9, 2022. Don’t waste time with what the other side is doing let them waste their time yapping about what you are doing while you concentrate on what you have in store for all Kenyans come August 9, 2022.
