ODM leader Raila Odinga is currently in Nyandarua county for a series of political campaigns as he continues to firm his grip on the vote-rich Mt Kenya region.
The former prime minister jetted back into the country on Thursday afternoon after being in Dubai for almost a week.
In the last two months, Mr. Odinga has toured Mt Kenya accompanied by at least seven of the ten governors, and today he will be hosted by Dr. Francis Kimemia.

The ODM leader’s entourage will snake through Flyover, Kwa Haraka, Njabini (Dedan Kimathi centre) to colonial villages where he will address his supporters. Mr. Odinga will later head to Ol Joro Orok for a consultative meeting with the area leaders.
Several artists from the region including Ben Githae, Sarafina Salim, and Jose Gatutura will perform during the tour.
Leaders accompanying the ODM boss are Governors Lee Kinyanjui (Nakuru), Francis Kimemia (Nyandarua), James Nyoro (Kiambu) and Ndiritu Mureithi (Laikipia).
Others are former Presidential candidate Peter Kenneth, MPs Maina Kamanda (Nominated), and Kanini Kega (Kieni) among other MPs from the region.
