LSK Obtains Order Suspending Joe Sang as Acting Kenya Pipeline MD

The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has obtained an order suspending the appointment of Joe Sang as the acting Kenya Pipeline Managing Director, this is according to the body’s (LSK) President Eric Theuri who says the Kenya Pipeline Board has been granted liberty to appoint another individual for the same position, from the senior management at the Corporation.

Joe Sang was reinstated to his position last month though in an acting capacity after the anti-corruption court cleared him from a Sh1.9 billion corruption scandal. The former KPC managing director was forced out of office in December 2018 following the allegations.
