The Kenya Kwanza Alliance comprising UDA, ANC, and Ford-Kenya parties is back to the drawing board crafting a new strategy to counter the Azimio la Umoja Movement currently on a campaign blitz across the republic, using different troops, campaigning for Raila Odinga’s presidential bid despite him being out of the country.
Unable to keep up with the different campaign teams deployed to different parts of the country and multipronged attacks from the growing Azimio batallion, Kenya Kwanza is said to be designing a similar strategy to contain the Odinga led, and Uhuru-backed coalition party.
Sources familiar with the goings-on in the Azimio Movement disclose Governors Nderitu Muriithi (Laikipia), Wycliffe Oparanya (Kakamega), Hassan Joho (Mombasa) , Cabinet Secretaries Eugene Wamalwa (Defense), Peter Munya (Agriculture), former presidential aspirant Peter Kenneth, CS John Munyes are leading independent teams, well oiled and efficient enough to hold political rallies anywhere in the republic, concurrently in a day.
