The party’s disciplinary committee on Monday summoned Mwaura to appear before it over alleged breach of the party’s constitution in select instances.

”I will honor the Jubilee Party summons 2moro @9 despite non provision of particulars and evidence of 6 charges. Among those currently representing the nominated legislator at the Jubilee HQs are lawyers Silvanus Osoro and Jubilee Deputy SG Caleb Kositany.

During the homecoming ceremony of the newly elected Msambweni MP Feisal Abdallah, Mwaura said the country’s problems were as result of leadership from three family, led by the Kenyattas.

“We can’t be ruled by the same families all the time. The Moi family ruled for 24 years. The Kenyatta family ruled for  15 years and another 10 is coming to an end. That is 50  years and it is enough,” Mwaura said.
