Deputy President William Ruto has rvealed he will not hesitate to join the United Democratic Alliance, if he is kicked out of the Jubilee Party. Speaking to Radio Citizen on Thursday morning, the DP revealed certain individuals had made it clear they do not want him (Ruto) and his allies in the party.

“They have made it clear they don’t want some of us in Jubilee, if we get to a situation where we aren’t wanted we will join UDA because it’s a party we know.”

Ruto accused the Jubilee party leadership of turning the party into a tribal grouping adding, “There are people who want to make Jubilee a tribal party, if they make Jubilee a tribal party we will leave and build UDA into a National party.” The Deputy President said he teamed up with President Uhuru Kenyatta to build Jubilee party into a National Party yet he is now being pushed out of the outfit.

“We will use the same energy we used to build Jubilee party to build UDA. You can’t find a national solution to a national problem using a tribal view.”
