Bishop David Muriithi’s Alleged Baby Mama Claims Life in Danger After Child Upkeep Case

Judy Mutave Muasya, the woman who has sued House of Grace Bishop, David Muriithi for child support now claims her life is in danger.

In new revelations, Judy says she fears for her life and that of her son. She alleges that yesterday, a Mercedes Benz with unknown occupants made its way into her compound in Kilimani.

Ms Judy says, the occupants of the car tried severally to gain access into her house but they were not let in.

“They knocked severally but no one opened for them,” she said.

Yesterday, it emerged that Bishop David Muriithi, renowned televangelist of House of Grace Church had been sued by the mother of his child demanding Sh100,000 monthly child upkeep.

Through her lawyer Danstan Omari, Judy sought to have the “Man of God” compelled to take care of his two-year-old son. She further narrated that the two had met in 2018 where their love blossomed and they sired their son in 2019. Currently, the son is 2 years old.

“The plaintiff avers that during her pregnancy period, the defendant was supportive and he wilfully provided for her and the unborn child,” the woman says through her lawyer Danstan Omari.

Judy wants Bishop Muiriithi to take care of his son as he is now of school-going age. She is also seeking that the Televangelist pays school fees at Kiota School, Sh1,000 for salon, Sh5,000 for entertainment, Sh3,000 for utilities and Sh2,000 for her son’s toys.

Also, she wants the Bishop to pay for Sh20, 000 for food and shopping, Sh35, 000 for house rent, Sh11, 000 for clothing and Sh10, 000 for the house help monthly.
