World Cup is Over: Maybe Not

1 min read

That is Oliver  Giroud. He is an old man like me and he shouldn’t be doing this. I mean England has been waiting for a chance to smell the World Cup since 1966.

You punish them like this when they have another golden generation of talent? Harry Kane. Pickford at the net. Declan Rice. Raheem. Walker. Shaw. Rashford. Mount. Who else do they need? And then France the other African team still in the battle kicks their ass. Good.

But wait a second. Morocco is here. Who even gave a thought about them? They beat up Portugal with Ronaldo and all that drama and sent him to retirement. What a World Cup.

But really the world must feel sorry for England and Southgate the coach. With Brazil out of the picture yesterday it was clear the England against France game was the World Cup final for 2022. Never mind Croatia has the full package and Morocco is just Morocco from the motherland. Bring it on.
