Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi, a staunch online supporter of President William Ruto and the Kenya Kwanza Administration says a number of Cabinet Secretaries in the current government are not qualified to hold their positions and are unable to deliver.
“27th Oct 2022 is the day H. E Ruto’s cabinet was sworn in…4 months is too short a period to evaluate a cabinet secretary… but spying on the notes and scorecard H.E Ruto is taking must be fascinating. For me, a number is not even qualified to look after my camel in Bangal,” the Lawyer tweeted.
