President Uhuru Kenyatta wants DP William Ruto out of Jubilee Party and subsequently the government by November this year saying his stay has become unbearable for the Head of State and is slowing down government operations. This publication can authoritatively reveal.
According to sources, the strategy is to first remove William Ruto as the Jubilee Deputy Party leader then eject him later as DP.
Confirming the plot to a local media, Jubilee Deputy Secretary-General Joshua Kutuny said President Uhuru is going to shock many and that the ruling party’s highest decision-making organ meets tomorrow (Friday) to see how they will beat the November deadline of ejecting the DP from office.
”We are going to have a meeting this Friday as the party’s technical team. This will give us the way forward on areas we need to focus on. We have a clear strategy that will shock many people when the right time comes. The President has an elaborate plan that will completely destabilise any opposition that will be facing his team,” the Cherangany MP said.
Apart from the DP, other leaders targeted for removal from the party list are Alice Wahome (Kandara), Kimani Ichungwa (Kikuyu), and Rigathi Gachagua (Mathira). The party has also poured resources to refurbish its offices in 25 counties.
”We are going to appoint interim officials in Kandara, Mathira, Kikuyu and Kiharu, and Mombasa County. We are just waiting for further guidelines from the National Executive Committee. We are going to refurbish offices in 25 counties including Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu, and Mombasa,” said Mr. Kutuny.
