Kuria predicts ODM will win the presidency by 52%

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria, who also heads the Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) has predicted ODM leader Raila Odinga will win the presidency next year by garnering 52 percent of the total presidential votes cast next year.

In a survey conducted by his Chama Cha Kazi (CCK), the Gatundu South lawmaker currently hospitalized discloses Raila would beat DP Ruto in the first round, on a two-race to House on the Hill.

Out of the 15, 54, 900 votes, Moses Kuria’s survey predicts the ODM leader would be home, lounging at State House on the first round if he was to face UDA supremo, William Ruto. 8,129, 000 votes, which will be 52% of the total cast will be scooped by Mr. Odinga. The Deputy President will on the other hand garner the remaining 47%, translating to 7, 420, 000 votes, effectively having him as the new opposition chief.

Before this latest survey by Chama Cha Kazi, Moses Kuria has been rooting for a Ruto presidency and has been one of the leading Tanga Tanga luminaries in Mt Kenya. However, the two leaders have fallen out in the hustler nation, with each pulling the opposite direction over a decision to join UDA.

Whereas the MP has publicly committed to having smaller political in Mt Kenya thrive and field their own candidates in 2022, the Deputy President insists any Mt Kenya leader who wishes to join his train should first fold their parties and join the United Democratic Alliance (UDA).
