Narck-Kenya leader says the country needs to manage well its resources, including human plus financial resources through the leaders elected to office who will ensure the country has strong institutions and will not be corruptly receiving money for work not done.
”We need to manage both the financial and other resources, including human resources. When you receive pay and you are not working for the people, you are corruptly receiving money for work not done. You are seeking to be a human resource as a leader…When the people give you mandate…let us give them service,” she said. Adding, ” We need to make our nations and institutions strong and institutions are occupied by the people.”
