Otiende Amollo, one of the lawyers who represented Raila Odinga at the Supreme Court says Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition is moving to the Supreme Court to prove that Raila Odinga won the August 9 presidential election.

Speaking in Siaya yesterday, the Rarieda lawmaker said Raila Odinga’s victory was stolen by the Kenya Kwanza alliance and that their team will start by asking the IEBC to open its servers to prove their point.

“We are going to go to Supreme Court and explain to them how Raila won the election and we will start by asking them to open the IEBC servers. We will go there with our whistleblower,” MP Otiende noted.

At the same time, MP Amollo said Azimio will now allow President William Ruto to constitute IEBC alone, saying the current selection team as constituted by William Ruto is illegitimate and cannot give legitimate results in 2027.

“I want to tell this illegitimate regime of William Ruto that because now you are insisting on an illegitimate team to constitute the IEBC, we are telling you an illegitimate process cannot produce a legitimate result.

“You are constituting an IEBC that will make sure that you and your team go back in 2027 and we will not allow that to happen,” he said.
