World Cup: Cameroon beat Brazil in a Game for the Ages

Cameroon has just beat a team that could very well win the World Cup trophy in the final game of the tournament.

They went head to head with Brazil for the 90 minutes and in extra time that crazy guy Vincent Aboubakar did it again with an amazing powerful header right into the net with the Brazilian goalie just lost. That gives Aboubakar 2 goals and an assist in two games back-to-back.

Unfortunately for Cameroon in the other game in their group, Switzerland managed to beat Serbia to make it through. Cameroon needed Serbia to tie that game and have four points and then the Cameroon with a win against Brazil would have 5 points and make it to the next round.

But Serbia refused to score that one more goal to tie the game and ended up in a 3-2 loss to Switzerland. It must have been heartbreaking for the Cameroon team and for their millions of fans back home and all over the world.

It was nice to see the Cameroon icon Samuel Etoo right on the field with the fans. In his days as a footballer, Etoo had few equals in scoring goals.

He will at least feel happier that his team when out in probably one of their greatest victories at the World Cup stage.
