According to reports, Mr. Kenyatta’s party will also be kicking off a massive recruitment drive and replacing officials who have defected to UDA, in an attempt to consolidate its support base firmly in Azimio.

A source who spoke to this publication reveals the former head of state has also lined up a series of meetings with a section of the country’s religious leaders once he jets back from Nigeria, where he has been leading the African Union’s Election Observer Mission.

Last month February 16th, the court stopped the Registrar of Political Parties from effecting the ouster of retired President Uhuru Kenyatta’s allies from Jubilee.
