Gatundu South legislator Moses Kuria says he intends to compel the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to open the 2017 servers through the courts after moving to the corridors of justice to stop the Chebukati led commission from investigating his vore rigging claims.

”I think it is a wonderful opportunity for the Kenyans to be able to audit the server so that we do not put this country into another crisis. I intend to call the supreme court as the witness because until now, the orders to open the servers were not complied with,” the Chama Cha Kazi leader said on Wednesday.
