The ODM Party and Homabay County leaders on Friday showed up in their numbers to welcome President William Ruto to Luo Nyanza where he is on a two-day development tour.
Homabay County is Raila Odinga the ODM Party’s bedrock.
Governor Gladys Wanga, Ochillo Ayacko (Migori), Senator Otieno Kajwang, ODM Chairman John Mbadi, MPs Millie Odhiambo (Suba North), Opondo Kaluma (Homabay Town), Ongondo Were (Kasipul) are among the elected leaders accompanying the Head of State on his tour.
Other leaders are DP Rigathi Gachagua, CS Eliud Owalo, PS Raymond Omollo among other government officials.
