The Office of the First Lady is expected to submit a list of 100 pastors to the Public Service Commission (PSC) for employment as intercessors.

According to reports, Mama Rachel Ruto has established a ‘Faith Diplomacy’ office and handed the Human Resource Office at State House a list of 100 people whose role will be to pray for counties and the national government.

If Mama Rachel Ruto’s plans go through, the Kenyan taxpayer will be shouldering more burden amidst the high cost of living and a battered economy.

Already, State House has introduced compulsory fasting, every Wednesday for members of staff working for the Head of State.

According to reports, there will be no food provided and staff will not be allowed to come with anything to eat from the outside, on the premises, including flavored drinks, soda, or juices, and will include everyone, whether Christian or non-Christian.
