Gema will form government in 2027 – Gachagua
Rigathi Gachagua is a great blessing to the Ruto government because his toxic tribalism is completely destroying the opposition for which he is the current Commander in Chief. How is Kalonzo Muysoka and Martha Karua going to distance themselves from the gross tribalism of Gachugua who right now is their boss in the opposition?
Kalonzo and Martha have to support Gachagua’s tribalism otherwise the Wamunyoro Clan Party will disown them. Well that will be their path to political doom because Kenyans of all tribes want development in their country and they know tribalism is not part of the solution for them.
They can dance together but can they work together to defeat Ruto and the answer is no because each one of them think they are entitled to be the next president and now Gachagua is just killing them declaring the opposition as GEMA party and not for all Kenyans. Now they have to dance for Gachagua and GEMA not for Kenya. Good Luck with that.
Raila Odinga is currently going all over the country talking to Kenyans about his political options and the future of the country and not once have Kenyans heard him talking about his tribe and seeking tribal alliances. That is what national leadership looks like.
Actually in Raila Odinga’s talks Kenyans can see a real national political party in the country and a very well organized party for that matter and very humble. That is what the country needs.
I don’t think that when the Ruto government threw Gachagua out through impeachment they had any idea how Gachagua would explode as a tribal king and just kill the opposition every time he opens his mouth. It is now happening in front of the whole country and it is pathetic.
Now Gachagua says he is forming his party and claims the Gen Z voters will join him. Can someone tell this guy that the Gen Z actions and protests were not for GEMA but for a country called Kenya. In fact Gachagua is chasing the entire Gen Z population very far from his tribalistic opposition groupings.
Can Martha Karua or Kalonzo Musyoka hold a press conference to declare that they are fighting for all Kenyans and not for GEMA? They cannot do that because the king will kick their ass. Gachagua has become a very useful political moron for the Ruto government. Eugene Wamalwa is not needed in this new opposition unless he changes his name to Eugene Kariuki Wamalwa. I don’t know what name they will give Fred Matiang’i.
Rigathi Gachagua would like to form a country called the Republic of Gema. It will not happen sir. Find something else to do or just go on yapping for the next two years and then get lost.
Speaking on Sunday, Gachagua, who had attended a church service in Machakos at the Gospel Confirmation Centre (GCC) said their unity is the problem to the country’s unity.
He said the unity of the four communities that make up Gema is God’s doing after he was removed from office.
“God, in his own miraculous way has brought us together. We were with President William Ruto he chased us away, you guys were with Raila Odinga, he left you and God planned that we come together.
“Let me assure you people of Ukambani, this Gema, Gikuyu, Embu, Meru and Akamba is the medicine for this country and I want to assure the Akamba people this time around, with you, we will form government together and there’s no going back,” Gachagua said.
The former Deputy President has been forging alliances with other opposition leaders after he was removed from office, following his fallout with Ruto.
The quest for an opposition unity has seen Gachagua commit to working with People’s Liberation Party (PLP) leader Martha Karua, Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka and Democratic Action Party of Kenya (DAP-K).
He insists that he is reaching out to all leaders so that they can work together in the next general election.
Gachagua who is also expected to form his new party in the coming days said young people will play a central role in his party.
He even announced that his deputy party leader will be a Gen Z.
The former DP said that his experience, coupled with the knowledge and creativity of Gen Z will give a very good blend to the leadership of the country.
“My party will involve them (Gen Z) to a very large extent at the position of deputy party leader. I’m the party leader, my deputy will be a Gen Z so that we involve them. We don’t just tell them they are the leaders of tomorrow. They are the leaders of today. I want to also mentor them, I have the experience, they have the knowledge and creativity, this coupled with my exposure we should have a very good combination,” Gachagua said.
