The Constitution of Kenya 2010 will teach President William Ruto very painful lessons, this is according to Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi following yesterday’s ruling on the Head of State’s Cabinet Administrative Secretaries (CASs) appointment.
Ahmednasir, in a Tweet on Tuesday morning noted that the 2010 Constitution is a powerful cure to unchecked executive powers. He explained how it is also the cure to corruption because it teaches anyone who tries to go against it lessons.
The lawyer said it did the same to retired President Uhuru Kenyatta and will do so to anyone who breaks it. He insisted that it is wise and nationalistic when one respects the Kenyan Constitution.
