A new poll by The Star show’s Azimio Coalition leader Raila Odinga has opened a 4-point lead ahead of his main competitor, William Ruto on the race to State House, following an endorsement by President Uhuru Kenyatta last weekend, and the Head of State’s Sagana 3 meeting last month where he drummed up support for Raila Odinga.

The Radio Africa poll indicates Mr. Odinga is leading in all the six regions of Nairobi, Western Kenya, Nyanza, Eastern, N. Eastern, and Coast regions.

On the other hand, DP Ruto has a commanding lead in the Rift Valley and Mt Kenya regions.
