Dr. Matiangi, Nzioka Waita accompany Uhuru to Abuja

Former Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiangi and the Chief of Staff in Uhuru’s State House, Nzioka Waita accompanied the former to Abuja for the opening ceremony of the 3rd Ministerial Performance Retreat, where the performance of the country’s cabinet was being reviewed.

Uhuru Kenyatta was the keynote speaker at the ceremony and was invited by President Buhari to help the Nigerian government with its transition.

Held at Nigeria’s Presidential Villa, the former president introduced to his hosts Dr. Fred Matiang’i as one of his most trusted cabinet secretaries in government, and Nzoika Waita, his Chief of Staff, noting the two greatly helped him deliver to Kenyans.

The two-day conference was themed ‘Enhance Security, Fight Corruption, Transform the Economy’.
