We are now in that space where we should be able to direct to our region the third critical funding, which is, direct national government appropriation.
We now have key leaders from our region sitting in critical institutions of government where state resources (the ksh4 trillion annual budget) are shared, and serving a President who is not antagonistic to the Luo cause.
Nyanza needs a marshall economic plan and there should be some urgency on this issue.
