The outfit has branded itself a breath of fresh air and offering a new brand new leadership to the country, despite three of its members being actively involved in the country’s politics from the 80s.
The One Kenya Alliance, comprising ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi, Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, and KANU’s Gideon Moi, is infuriated by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s decision to skip a planned meeting on Saturday.
According to sources, the Head of State intentionally gave the meeting a wide berth after a Wednesday night visit to ODM leader Raila Odinga at his Karen residence and later spending the day together on Thursday.
The OKA group is working round the clock to isolate Raila Odinga while at the same time bending backwards for President Uhuru’s endorsement.
Already, there are speculations powerful officials working inside the Office of the President bankrolling the new outfit, to help them cut their political teeth outside Raila’s shadow.
