As far as the Ruto government is concerned Kenyans are permanent big time fools to be lied to daily and then the government turns around makes another opposite lie the next day. In reality Kenyans are not the idiots that President Ruto and the key officers in his government think they are.
It is breathtaking to see the Ruto government people just unleashing endless lies everyday with straight faces. It is like lying is the most normal and natural thing for them to do. It is a line of work for them. Frightening. Isn’t it?
The latest round of insane lies from the Ruto government being peddled by Ruto’s new boy top office, Kithure Kindiki who is the CS for the Interior are silly claims that people like Gachagua and his associates were trying to overthrow the Ruto government and funding Gen Z demonstrations from June to August this year during what Kenyans know as the Gen Z rebellion for good governance in the country.
Who was going to help Gachugua and others overthrow the Ruto government? The Kenyan army which was being ordered by then CS for Defense Adan Duale to go attack Gen Z demonstrators were going to turn around and overthrow the Ruto regime?
The Kenya Police which was killing Kenyans for President Ruto was going to turn around and overthrow the government? Please even political lying needs basic common sense. Everything has limits and that includes government lies.
In media reports, Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki now says the Directorate of Criminal Investigations has evidence showing high-profile individuals allied to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua facilitated Gen Z protests.
Speaking when he appeared before the National Assembly Committee on Administration and Internal Security, Kindiki said the DCI will soon charge these persons.
The CS insisted that the government would not allow the mayhem experienced in June and July to occur again.
“I am informed by DCI that high-level prosecutions will ensue anytime from now, including political leaders who financed protests; and we have evidence, they financed people to loot shops, to kill Kenyans, expose them to danger. We cannot continence the kind of mayhem we saw in July and June for whatever reason.
“And that’s why I’ve said this job is a very unpopular job. We will do it. We are going to prosecute high-level people who assisted criminals to harm other people, to destroy infrastructure and they have even made an attempt to actually bring down such a serious institution like Parliament to the people of Kenya,” Kindiki said.
His remarks come after DCI recommended to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) that politicians allied to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua be charged with various offences relating to the recent anti-government protests.
As a result, the DCI has recommended that some of them be charged with soliciting or inciting others to commit offences contrary to section 391 of the Penal Code.
“Efforts are being made to obtain all financial data FRC, Safaricom and banks where financial transactions were carried out,” Director of Investigations at the DCI headquarters Abdalla Komesha said in a letter to the ODPP dated September 24.
“I am embarrassed that we are back to where we were. Harassment of my Office staff and Members of Parliament perceived to be close to me, has been going on for the last two months,” he said.
Even in the middle of these terrible lies about politicians or was it Ford Foundation paying Gen Z Kenyans to hold rallies against the Ruto government when Kenyans rejected the now disowned Ruto Finance Bill 2024 Kenyans know that every dictatorship in Kenya starting with Moi always claims that somebody is paying Kenyans to protest against their detrimental policies and theft of public money.
To this ruthless and incompetent rulers, Kenyans can never on their own refuse to accept dictatorship and when they do so they have been paid. Well that is how these people run their governments by robbing the country and paying politicians to support them. Are we surprised this is the Ruto regime new card for draconian moves by the regime even against their own insiders like Rigathi Gachagua?
In terms of justice for the victims of state terror in the Gen Z fight for justice let’s stick to the facts. Kindiki now says that according to his records 42 Kenyans were shot to death during the demonstrations and 120 are missing. Kindiki says the Kenyan police had to use lethal force because the demos were meant to overthrow the Ruto government. Well Mr. Kindiki if the Kenya police used lethal force it means they killed people. Which part of that don’t you understand?
This Ruto government massacre of Kenyans during the Gen Z rallies is going to be in court to find the killers and hold them responsible and then to compensate the victims. That is what is happening.

Police opened fire on demonstrators trying to storm Kenya’s legislature on Tuesday, with at least five protesters killed and sections of the parliament building set ablaze as lawmakers inside passed legislation to raise taxes.

At the height of the Gen Z rebellion in Kenya against cruel and unfair taxes President Ruto told Kenyans that he has understood the demands of the Gen Z demonstrators and was ready to address those issues and in fact President Ruto dissolved his entire cabinet and formed a broad based government for national unity which is now his present government.
Was President Ruto lying when he was saying he accepts what Gen Z are demanding and is ready to work to achieve that? Now he wants to put people in jail about Gen Z actions when he has said Gen Z had a point to make and he was ready to deal with it?
If William Ruto wants to cook his buddy Rigathi Gachagua in an open oven he can go ahead because quite frankly nobody in Kenya cares that much for that tribalist DP in our country today but just don’t make fake nonsense about it.
The only problem is that those who want to hang Gachagua for being a tribalist are actually more tribalist than him and are dishing out Kenya public money to their tribal allies. The war on tribalism is being fought and will be won but not by the tribalists in power today in Kenya but by Kenyans themselves.
The truth is that nobody really knows why Ruto is fighting Gachagua and only the two of them know that. It has to be something really bad and Kenyans will get to know that later. Tribalism is not the issue here because that is the identity of William Ruto and his government. William Ruto is a tribalist and he knows that. Rigathi Gachagua is a tribalist and he knows that. What is the problem?
All court attempts by the likes of Malalah who was fired from UDA to stop the impeachment have collapsed in court so Gachagua is a dead horse and what that achieves for William Ruto is the big question. Why are you kicking someone who is already dead?
In terms of the demos in June to August this year, Gen Z came out to the streets and got killed and injured from police attacks because they care for their country and the next Gen Z action could take Ruto out even with the broad based government and that is going to be fueled by this Adani Group scandal involving handing over our country to some maligned foreign company.
President Ruto with his son working with the legal squad selling the country for big money for President Ruto and his friends could pay a very big price if the Adani mob ever takes or try to take over JKIA. It is a minefield for Ruto and he should know that by now. It will make the Gen Z demos look like nothing. Take that Mr. President.
The reality right now is that the day the Adani Group and their Kenya friends takes over JKIA or anything else in the country is the day the Ruto government will die and it could be a painful death. That is really the problem President Ruto needs to deal with instead is this fake war against Gachaguaa.
As for DP Rigathi Gachagua sending armed thugs to the streets during the Gen Z demos including those MPs being charged it is possible he did send thugs to go attack and kill Gen Z demonstrators just like his boss was doing.
So these two Kenyan top leaders send killers to the streets to kill young Kenyans fighting for their country and now they want to kill each other about that. Nobody cares. Just beat each other up please and when you are tired of it Kenyans will finish the whole spectacle.
Gachagua: Mt Kenya people are forgiving, but they don’t forget
“I appeal to everybody to treat the people of the mountain with kindness”

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagu has reiterated his earlier call on leaders to respect the people of Mt Kenya.
Without directly mentioning anyone, Gachagua reminded them that “the people from the region are very forgiving but they don’t forget”.
Speaking during the interdenominational funeral service for the 21 Hillside Academy victims at Mweiga stadium, Gachagua said the people from the region should be treated with the kindness they deserve.
“These people were there, they are there today and they will be there tomorrow. I appeal to everybody to treat the people of the mountain with kindness because it is the right thing to do,” he stated.
Gachagua who was among a host of leaders present during the solemn service also delivered President William Ruto’s condolence message.
DAP-K party leader Wamalwa assured Gachagua of his support amid what he termed as plans to divide the Mt Kenya region.
Wamalwa who was speaking during the interdenominational funeral service for the 21 Hillside Academy victims said they are going to fully stand behind the region.
He said they are aware of rumours of a plan to now divide the region following that of the opposition.
According to him, the region has friends and those planning to wreak havoc in the region should be warned.
“We want to remind those behind trying to ignite a fire in the mountain that they should know this mountain has friends,” he said.
He said:
“When you see Kalonzo here, he is a friend of the mountain, he was the vice president of late president Mwai Kibaki during his first term…When you see Wamalwa here, Wamalwa was the Kibaki’s vice president during the first term,” he said.
“Just know we are your friends. If the day comes and this mountain calls upon us we will stand with you, you will not walk alone,” he added.
Kahiga on his part noted that “for every action, there will be a reaction’.
So Kenyans can see the political scavengers rampaging through the UDA dustbin looking for Gachagua so that Kalonzo Musyoka can run with Gachagua in the 2027 General Elections. First of all who is going to the presidential candidate and who is the DP?
Just so Kalonzo can understand, if Gachagua is impeached he cannot run for any public office in Kenya again. Maybe Kalonzo can persuade Gachagua to resign right now and then he can run as Gachagua’s DP candidate in 2027. That way Kenyans can have Gachagua and Kalonzo as his DP in the 2027 election and William Ruto with Didmus Barasa (the murderer) as his DP candidate. That would be the Kenyan election of the century, wouldn’t it?
Some Ruto hand bags think they have knocked out the Gen Z rebellion and everything is fine now. That is nonsense. The Ruto government still does not have a Finance Bill and they have to get one passed in parliament in the next month. That is going to be a nightmare for them and now the Adani Group scandal has complicated things beyond control. The Ruto government has to jump over those ropes or they are dead.
One thing Gachagua has to deal with is that it was President Ruto who saved him from massive corruption cases where he had Sh. 7. 4 billion held by the courts because he stole that money from the Kenyan taxpayers. President Ruto gave orders for him to be freed from the charges and for his stolen billions to be returned to him which was done. He should be thankful for that and just get lost. He has been paid for whatever political benefits he gave President Ruto and that is it. Case closed.
Court allows DPP to withdraw Sh7.4b graft case against DP Gachagua

The anti-corruption court has allowed an application to withdraw charges against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
Senior Principal Victor Wakumile on Thursday ruled on an application by the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Noordin Haji to withdraw the Sh7.4b graft case against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and nine others.
“There being no objection to the substantive application by the prosecution to have the matter withdrawn under section 87A of the Criminal Procedure Code, the application is hereby granted,” said Wakumile.
“The accused persons are hereby warned and informed that they may be re-arrested in the future under the same or similar charges,” said Wakumile.
One thing Gachagua has to deal with is that it was President Ruto who saved him from massive corruption cases where he had Sh. 20 billion held by the courts because he stole that money from the Kenyan taxpayers.
And the two horses are fighting it out with Gachagua letting Ruto know that it is him not William Ruto who is the president of Mt. Kenya. Where all this ends is going to be very close to hell for both of them. Keep going fellas. Get there quick. Please.
And now we hear that Treetops Hotel which is a public property owned by KWS has either been sold or leased to Gachagua. These guys are fighting about how to grab public property for themselves. They both have to go to hell very quickly. Then the country will be safe.

Corruption, bullying, undermining Ruto; 10 reasons why MPs want DP Gachagua gone

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will face his moment of truth on Tuesday afternoon when the impeachment motion will be tabled before Parliament.
In a document seen by Citizen Digital, Kibwezi West MP Eckomas Mwengi has prepared 10 charges to kick the DP out of the office, bringing to a forefront the implosion of the Kenya Kwanza administration after two years in office.
Charge 1: Making inciteful remarks
The lawmaker has accused Gachagua of making utterances that divide Kenyans based on ethnic grounds.
“Besides, the utterances are highly inflammatory and inciteful and significantly undermine national unity and the peaceful co-existence of Kenya’s diverse communities,” the motion reads in part.
He made references to the controversial remarks the DP made in Kajiado in 2023, that the “the government of Kenya is a company and there are shareholders.”
Charge 2: Undermining the president and the cabinet
According to the motion, the DP has undermined his boss by making statements that are not in line with the government’s policies.
The lawmaker claimed that Gachagua opposed the Nairobi River Riparian Evacuation orders which the Cabinet had approved.
“His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua made contradictory public statements despite being a Member of the Cabinet and being assigned the function of superintending the Nairobi River Riparian Evacuation Order,” the MP said.
Charge 3: Interfering with leadership of Nairobi County government
The legislator also accused the DP of interfering with Nairobi County matters by allegedly inciting citizens against the planned relocation of Wakulima traders to Kangundo market.
“His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua’s inciteful and demeaning public statements and conduct undermine devolution, they undercut the functional and institutional integrity of county governments and unjustifiably vilify and ridicule the leadership of the Nairobi City County Government,” the motion reads in part.
Charge 4: Attack against Lady Justice Esther Maina of the High Court
According to the lawmaker, Gachagua made scathing attacks against the High Court judge after she determined a case in which the DP was a party.
In the case, Justice Esther Maina ordered the parties to forfeit Ksh.200 million to the State.
“His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua’s public attacks against the Judge are impeachable offences to the extent that they undermine the functional and decisional independence of judges,” the motion read in part.
Charge 5: Violating the Oath of office
The fifth charge involves violating the oath that he took that requires him to obey, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
According to MP Mwengi, this violates Article 148 of the Constitution that dictates the DP ought to perform the functions in line with the Constitution.
Charge 6: Violating the National Cohesion and Integration Act
Section 62 of the Act provides that anyone who stirs up ethnic hostility commits an offence. The motion accuses Gachagua of making inciteful public utterances since taking office.
Charge 7: Amassing properties worth Ksh.5.2 billion illegally
DP Gachagua is accused of amassing wealth illegally by using his spouse, two sons and other close family members as proxies. The MP claims that Gachagua uses 22 companies to launder money and conceal proceeds of crime.
“The value of the property and wealth that his Excellency Rigathi Gachagua has acquired over the last two years is incompatible with his known legitimate income (Ksh.12 million per annum or thereabouts),” the motion reads in part.
Charge 8: Misleading the public
In the motion, the MP alleges that Gachagua has continuously misled the public through divisive remarks.
He referenced Gachagua’s remarks over Lady Justice Esther Maina claiming that she had engaged in corruption.
“He publicly said he would present a petition for the removal of the said judge (which he has not done to date), leading to the inevitable conclusion that he knew his allegations
were false.”
Charge 9: Gross Misconduct
The MP referenced the June 26, 2024 press briefing held in Mombasa County where the DP accused National Intelligence Service Director General of failing in his duties to assess public’s sentiments that led to the nationwide anti-government protests.
According to the lawmaker, the remarks reduced the public’s confidence in the government’s ability to deliver its mandate.
Gachagua was also accused of colluding with cartels in the agricultural sector to block farmers from reaping hefty returns from their produce.
“His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua has influenced his family members, allies, associates, and proxies to take control of a local cooperative society (name withheld) in Mathira, which they are financially hemorrhaging.”
Charge 10: Bullying
The final reason for grounds of impeachment involves bullying, where the MP claims that the Second in Command constantly humiliated state and public officers who he thinks stand in his way.
The lawmaker also alleges that Gachagua directed Kenya Medical Supplies Agency Officials to award a tender for the supply of mosquito nets to Crystal Limited.
Another example listed was Gachagua allegedly intimidating public officers and contractor to divert materials meant for the construction of the Kilifi-Malindi Road to tarmac a private road to Vipingo Beach Resort.
The MP claims that the hotel is associated with the Deputy President.
“The conduct of His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, as depicted in this Motion is a ticking time bomb to the extent that it has the potential to plunge the country into ethnic hatred and strife.”
Bottom line is that Kenyans can put 100 similar charges against President William Ruto. Put theft of public property on top of that list and Ruto beats Gachagua a billion times.
