President Uhuru Kenyatta, Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka, and ODM leader Raila Odinga this afternoon met in Naivasha at the closing of the Safari Rally Championships. The meeting comes just a day after Raila Odinga revealed they are assembling a political juggernaut that will take the country by a storm.

Speaking in Gem, Siaya county during the burial of his cousin and former Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo, Mr. Odinga told his supporters to trust him on the path he has taken and also trashed the Deputy President’s Hustler Nation.

”What would you be doing with a wheelbarrow or a handcart [in the quest to improve the general economy]?” posed Odinga. We are assembling a heavy [political] machine. They (opponents) don’t know what is in store. There’s a Tsunami coming. I’m urging you [my supporters] to trust me, we know where we are going,” Mr. Odinga said on Saturday in Gem.

Already there are talks of reviving NASA and today, Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka’s presence in Naivasha with the Head of State points to a higher likelihood of the three being part of the new alliance being cobbled up.

Last week, President Uhuru Kenyatta picked eight of his most trusted allies to speed up the Jubilee-ODM merger plans before making it official at a yet to be announced date.
