Former Cabinet Minister and ODM Vice Chairperson Paul Otuoma has thrown his weight behind Raila Odinga for the 2022 presidency, saying the former prime minister can bring the much-desired change to the country.
Otuoma, who decamped from ODM in 2017 has returned to the fold and is expected to be among the orange party’s leading luminaries in the Western region.
”I was delighted to be among the guests invited to a dinner at DPL Governor Oparanya’s residence. I used the occasion to call on the people of Mulembe Nation to rally behind Raila Odinga whom I personally believe can bring the desired change in our country,” Dr. Otuoma tweeted on Friday night.
In February this year, the Former Funyula MP and Busia Gubernatorial candidate Paul Otuoma rejoined the ODM party. After ditching ODM in 2017, Otuoma ran for the Busia gubernatorial seat on an Independent ticket and lost to current governor Sospeter Ojaamong.
