UDA Party agent in the London Ward by-election, and Langata MP Nixon Korir on Thursday escaped death by a whisker after an angry mob descended on him with kicks and blows, over claims of voter bribery.
There have been reports of a spate of violence in the byelections currently underway in various parts of the country, including Matungu, Kabuchai and London Ward in Nakuru county.
In Matungu constituency former Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa, a UDA Party agent slapped an election official at Bulonga Primary School.
