Kenyans to Own Homes In Nakuru At Sh16,000 Monthly Rent

The Ministry of Lands and Housing says members of the public interested in purchasing ready units constructed under the government’s affordable housing project in Bondeni, Nakuru County, will have to deposit between Sh315,000 and shillings.

The ministry stated that two-bedroom units measuring 64 Square Metres will cost Sh3.2 million while 3-bedroom units measuring 85 Square meters will cost Sh4.3 million.

In an advertisement, the ministry says once qualified, a buyer will be offered a rent-to-own home loan at a monthly rate of Sh16,997 for the two-bedroom house and Sh22,933 for the three-bedroom house.

Interested buyers have been advised to visit the site for viewing and later register on the Boma Yangu Portal.
