According to reports, Pamoja Alliance party will not field a presidential candidate in next year’s presidential elections and it will back Mr. Odinga’s bid, given his popularity in the Coastal region as well as his ability to move the country forward when the president retures next year.

Kingi’s declaration is coming when Raila’s ODM party has lined up a series of activities in Kilifi to do a massive recruitment of membership.

”In the next 100 days, we are going to revamp ODM and we are opening up offices from the county capital all the way to the wards since the running of the party has been taken back to the people,” Ganze MP Teddy Mwambire, the new ODM Chair in Kilifi county said after meeting leaders from the county to plot on how to make the party even stronger ahead of 2022.
