DIKEMBE: It is Egalitarianism or Totalitarianism, the Choice is for Gachagua to Make

Such an irony [that] that toxic, primitive tribalist called Rigathi Gachagua can say a lot of tribal nonsense on radio and TV but when we respond by telling him that he’s talking tribal nonsense, then suddenly we are trying to create a war between Luos and Kikuyus.

We will not apologize for telling Gachagua and his minions that they are primitive tribalists who want some parts of Kenya to remain eternally underdeveloped.

When Gachagua opens his mouth he must attack Luos but when we tell him that his mouth smells primitive tribalism, suddenly we are the ones stoking the embers of war.

Luos are not afraid of any war. Neither will we be the ones to save Kenya from collapse. If Gachagua thinks he must be in power only at the expense of the Luo; or at the total destruction and annihilation of the Luo homeland; then ours is to tell him [that] that’s an impossibility.

Some GEMA leaders have been on this foolishness for decades and its the reason this country’s development is stunted.

The idea that one region can develop at the expense of other regions is the most sorry idea. It is not workable.

It is not workable because the very existence of the regions left behind means that they will keep dragging the most developed parts of the country behind. It is a zero sum game.

This mistaken belief that Luos will once again be caught in between an indecisive leader calling for peace, and a toxic warmongering tribalist calling for a christmas party worse than 2007; is just that — a mistaken belief.

It is egalitarianism or totalitarianism, the choice is for Gachagua to make.
