Raila leaves for the US, here is the itinerary

Azimio Coalition flagbearer Raila Odinga has left the country for a week’s tour of the United States where he is s expected to explain what his Azimio Coalition plans to do after winning the elections and why he is the right candidate for President.

Mr. Odinga and his delegation will be meeting senior US government officials, senior members of the United States Congress, and key African-American leaders.

The delegation has Narc-Kenya Party leader Martha Karua, Laikipia Governor Ndiritu Muriithi, Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, Kisii Governor James Ongwae, and former Head of the Civil Service Dr. Sally Kosgei.

Others are Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang, Kathiani MP Robert Mbui, Campaign Spokesperson Makau Mutua and former Kenya’s Ambassador to the US Elkanah Odembo.

Mr. Odinga’s team will also meet and address Kenyans in the American diaspora and speak to several US business leaders and scholars in Washington DC before traveling to San Francisco to meet with leaders and entrepreneurs in the IT and technology space at the Silicon Valley.
