Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will launch his new political party in May and has called on Kenyans to support his new outfit.
The former DP says the party will field candidates in all positions including the presidency, with the goal of sending the entire Kenya Kwanza government home.
“Tunaunda chama yetu ya siasa, hiyo chama watu wa Kajiado ndio mtaongoza. Hiyo chama yetu mpya tutatangaza mwezi wa tano na National Chairman wa chama chetu mpya atatoka hapa Kajiado. Tutasimamisha mtu kutoka Rais, Governor, Senator, Mbunge, Women Rep mpaka MCA Mko tayari?” Gachagua posed.
Gachagua also took a swipe at the Head of State, accusing him of making empty promises.
“Yule jamaa pia alidanganya mimi…alikuja na bibilia akasema mwathani agochwo tukafikiria ni mkristo, kumbe alikuwa ni fisi amevaa ngozi ya kondoo,” said Gachagua.
Several leaders, including Kajiado Senator Lenku Seki, Kiambu’s Karungo Thang’wa, Kirinyaga Woman Rep Njeri Maina and Kajiado North MP Onesmus Ngogoyo accompanied the former DP.
