A few weeks ago President William was in New York at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meeting and that is just regular stuff. Then he comes back to the country and does not even go to his own home to sleep for a few days but heads straight to the Coast visiting Taita Taveta, Lamu and all over Mombasa issuing 300,000 title deeds to Kenyans.
He gets out of there and now he has been all over the country from Trans Nzoia county opening hospitals and now in Rift Valley doing the same with health centres and newly built public markets for traders and farmers.
Where is the opposition to this president for 2027 elections?
If there is one person all Kenyans should have sympathy for that would be Alice Wahome the Lands CS with Ruto who has to personally witness all the magnificent projects being built and opened by President Ruto all over the country and then go home and call her political boss in DCP, Rigathi Gachagua in Dallas and have the courage to tell him they still have a chance to beat Ruto in 2027.

President William Ruto has handed over the Kaiboi Modern Market to 200 Mama Mboga and other traders in Mosop Constituency, Nandi County, as part of efforts to improve their working conditions.
During the visit, Ruto was seen engaging some of the women in conversations as he inspected the new trading facility.
The President said the market fulfils a pledge made to small-scale traders during the 2022 election campaigns.
“In 2022, Mama Mboga and traders in general asked us to transform their working conditions and trading spaces. We listened, and are now making it happen,” Ruto said.
He said the government is constructing 600 modern markets nationwide to provide traders with decent and dignified spaces to conduct business.
“Glad to see this promise becoming a reality,” he added.
Earlier, Ruto launched the construction of the 22km Mugundoi-Nandi Hills and Kosiage-Cheptulu roads at a cost of Sh1.38 billion.
The projects form part of a Sh25 billion investment targeting 350km of roads across Nandi County.
He also flagged off the Sh157.4 million Last Mile Electricity Connectivity Project, which will connect 1,450 homes in Nandi Hills Constituency to electricity.
The activities are part of Ruto’s North Rift development tour, running from October 10 to 20, 2026.

President William Ruto has rallied support for his administration during a development tour of Nandi County, where he reiterated his commitment to delivering on promises made to residents.
Addressing residents in Nandi Hills Constituency on Saturday, Ruto assured them that his administration would continue implementing development projects across the county.
“I remain steadfast in my commitment to delivering on every promise made to the people of Nandi and the country,” Ruto said.
The President was accompanied by several leaders allied to him and received by a large crowd.
Among the projects undertaken during the tour was the commissioning of Kaiboi Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) Market, part of the government’s efforts to expand trading spaces and support small businesses.
Ruto also inspected the construction of the 729-unit Nandi Hills Affordable Housing Project, which forms part of the government’s broader housing programme.
“Across the county, we are investing Sh18 billion to build 4,000 housing units, student hostels with a capacity of 7,000 beds and 15 modern markets, creating jobs, supporting businesses and transforming lives,” he stated.
The President said the projects were intended to create jobs, support businesses and improve livelihoods across the county.
The housing programme is part of the government’s wider affordable housing initiative, which seeks to increase access to decent housing while creating employment opportunities in the construction sector.
Ruto also visited Koitaleel Samoei University College in Nandi Hills, where he expressed satisfaction with the progress of infrastructure development at the institution.
The President said he had followed the institution’s development over the years because of its role in expanding access to higher education in the region.
The administration block is 90 per cent complete, while construction of laboratories, lecture theatres and a library has commenced.
Plans are also underway to develop Samoei Senior School, adding to the education infrastructure planned for the area.
The projects formed part of the President’s development engagements in Nandi, where he highlighted investments in housing, markets and education.
Ruto assured residents that his administration would remain focused on fulfilling its commitments, as he continued to seek support for his development agenda.
