Ruto Rejects Wanga Push to Axe Omollo

President Ruto has reportedly rejected the push by a section of ODM Party Leaders led by Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga to sack interior PS Dr. Raymond Omollo.

The President categorically dismissed the accusations on PS Omollo, stating his party and government had come out to support ODM’s Boyd Were, who faced independent candidate Philip Aroko in the just concluded Kasipul by-election.

Wanga has been claiming the Interior PS did not support the ODM candidate but instead bankrolled the Independent candidate, flouting the agreement between ODM and UDA parties.
