Fake Polls from TIFA and Fake United Opposition Mean Nothing for the Country

Sifuna urges united opposition front, says only a joint ticket can defeat Ruto in 2027

The good news is that ODM can now stop worrying about Edwin Sifuna who has now officially joined Rigathi Gachagua in their dreamland of having one candidate against President William Ruto in 2027.

That is great for Sifuna and ODM because now they can concentrate on their political directions and future instead of internal petty fights which are useless.

Some are suggesting Gachagua runs for the presidency with Sifuna as his deputy. Delusions may not be a form of sickness but it is very dangerous business when you are talking about the lives of 55 million Kenyans.

According to media reports today, Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has called on opposition leaders to rally behind a single presidential candidate ahead of the 2027 General Election, arguing that unity remains the only viable strategy to unseat President William Ruto.

Speaking during the burial service of the late Ann Nyatoro, mother of EALA MP Kanini Kega, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, Sifuna said opposition leaders must set aside their differences and prioritise a common political agenda.

He insisted that fragmentation within the opposition would only strengthen the current administration’s re-election bid.

Mheshimiwa Riggy G, let me tell you. We are convinced that there is no other formula. Before God, there is no other formula other than a united ticket against William Ruto,” Sifuna noted.

Sifuna noted that the leaders should move away from the past political agendas and work together as a team.

He cited the previous impeachment of the former deputy president, insisting that the two leaders should now focus son future and reconcile with the past political experiences.

He told Gachagua that if it means forgiving one another, they should forgive each other and move forward as a united front. He said it is simply not acceptable that they give Ruto another chance to return to that seat and continue oppressing our people and subjecting Kenyans to hardship and suffering.

“So, whatever needs to be done, kama ni kusameheana, wacha basi tusameheane tu. Lakini haiwezekani tumpatie huyu ndugu yetu nafasi yeye aweze kurudi kwenye hiyo kiti aendelee kukandamiza wananchi wetu,” Sifuna said.

One sad thing here is that Edwin Sifuna is actually a descent politician as Nairobi Senator who has had a fight in his ODM party and those things happen, but why Sifuna would want to destroy his political future dragging himself behind Gachagua who is the most tribalist and nasty politician Kenyans have ever seen since independence explains what happens when politicians get desperate. Fair enough.

The good news coming to the opposition in a few days is that the Court of Appeal will rule that Rigathi Gachagua impeachment was legal and that means the old guy can only be the President and Commander-In-Chief of Wamunyoro and those who want to worship him may have to relocate there and work in his farm and he will give them food.

The day Gachagua impeachment is confirmed at the Court of Appeal the rest of the opposition will be jumping and dancing with joy because that gets a monster out of the presidential election equation.

As they dance the opposition leaders will be lying to Gachagua how mad they are about his impeachment being confirmed and they will make sure that nobody records them dancing for Gachagua being gone.

Then of course the good news of Gachagua impeachment being confirmed comes with very bad news for the opposition which simply means that once Gachagua is barred from running for the presidency he will put his foot down as the opposition King and will insist on himself picking both the presidential and DP candidates for the opposition and if anyone in the opposition team disagrees, Gachagua will tell them to go to hell and claim they are Ruto agents.

Dorcas Rigathi Ordained as Reverend, Kalonzo, Matiang'i Attend

Right now one of the dreams of the opposition is to have Kalonzo Musyoka as the presidential candidate with Fred Matiang’i as his DP. That is a dead option because Gachagua will not allow a situation where there is nobody from his tribe for the presidency and the DP.

In fact, in Gachagua’s wildest dreams he will be the presidential candidate against President Ruto in 2027.

Since he is a guy who have no clue about reality in front of him, he will keep dreaming about that and when the nail comes down on his head he may have another heart attack and head to Karen Hospital but whatever happens Gachagua will then take over the control of the United Opposition.

The entire opposition leaders will be asked to go to Wamunyoro and let Riggy choose who runs for what position from the presidency down to the county governors.

If any opposition leader is opposed to the coming Gachagua dictatorship on them they can join Ruto or just go home and retire from politics.

Practically the Kalonzo and Matiang’i ticket is dead on arrival. What next and who comes up is a nightmare even those opposition leaders do not know anything about.

Why Martha Karua wants young couples to sign prenups – Nairobi News

Martha Karua for all practical purposes is of no use to Gachagua and she knows that and is running her own campaign and will decide where to go in August 2027.

Maybe Gachagua can ask Martha Karua to run to be the governor of Nairobi County as some kind of little deal for her. That will not happen because Karua is not that stupid. Also, there is a raving squad of Gachagua DCP mob who are very sure they will be the candidate for that job picked by their big boss.

In my view it is Martha Karua running for the presidency who will pick Fred Matiang’i as her deputy with the help of Uhuru Kenyatta who wants to make sure that his killer boy in 2017 post-election terrorism is firmly in office and very close to State House.

That is the great United Opposition in Kenya today and it looks wonderful. Doesn’t it?
